You can skip the pre-workshop chatter between Central SABES and the presenters by advancing the presentation in the Archive Navigation panel to the right by clicking on "Susan M. Tollefson & Blanca Andrade" @ 12:42. This intoduction by Cathy has an echo in the Presenters microphone but the rest of the presenters presentation looses the echo. Also the volumne of the audio fades in and out. For best results I find you'll need to put your volumne control up some. Sorry for any inconvienience this may cause you.
