Purpose: This event provides an opportunity for ABE students to learn what steps they can take for their own career planning, to understand the availability of community colleges’ noncredit certificate options and to see how they can build career ladders from these programs.

Overview of Evening’s Activities

• A career planning session with QCC’s Assistant Dean of Career and Academic Advisement for those able to participate at 4:15 p.m.
• Choice of two different presentations by QCC instructors offering introductions to non-credit certificate options, their educational requirements and career possibilities (see Class Descriptions above)

Registration

• Registration is capped at 150 and students will be placed in classes on a 1 st come-1 st serve basis
• Registration forms are due in the SABES office by Monday, March 7 th
• NO ON-LINE REGISTRATION CAN BE ACCEPTED
