We all need a little chuckle once in a while, and this site may prove helpful. It provides a tongue-in-cheek
look at some authentic assessment tasks such as in economics: "Develop a realistic plan for refinancing the
national debt. Run for Congress." There is also valuable non- tongue-in-cheek information on this site. Don't
be scared off by the middle school aspect. Many of the links under Assessment and Evaluation will prove
useful to us in adult education as well.
