The western regional office of SABES is part of Holyoke Community College, Division of Business and Community Services. In August 2010, SABES West moved to the refurbished Picknelly Center in downtown Holyoke.
Since its inception in 1990, SABES West has focused on developing the skills, knowledge and talents of Adult Basic Education practitioners so that they may provide exemplary service to adult learners.
