The National College Transition Network (NCTN) conference is returning to Massachusetts and will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge from November 11 – 13, 2019.  This year's conference theme is Advancing College and Career Readiness: Preparing Adult Learners for the Digital World. Thanks to our partnership with the New England Literacy Resource Center (NELRC), five Massachusetts adult educators who are registered for the conference have the opportunity to attend one of the preconference sessions for free (valued at $45).

Preconference sessions are November 11, 9:00am - 12:00pm. The sessions to choose from are:

  • Using Integrated Education and Training to Build Quality Career Pathways
  • Exploring Resources to Teach Personal and Workplace Success Skills
  • Digital Skills: Essential to College and Career Readiness

To request one of the five free preconference registrations (to be given on a first-come, first-served basis to any MA practitioner who is registered for the NCTN conference), please contact Sandy Goodman (Sandy_Goodman@worlded.org) as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you and to another great NCTN conference!

Our partnership with NELRC is funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education/Adult and Community Learning Services.
