The SABES Mathematics and Adult Numeracy Curriculum & Instruction PD Center is pleased to announce a new paper entitled Strategies that Support Learners with Disabilities, Differences, and Difficulties in the Mathematics Classroom. This resource, which provides a more focused look at instructional strategies appropriate for LD learners in a math classroom, is a follow-up to the Introduction to Learning Disabilities in Adults self-paced overview course recommended by all three C&I Centers. As a side note, the strategies discussed in the new paper (which are appropriate for all learners) are incorporated and modeled in our Center's content-specific PD courses as well.
