Patty Ball has over 20 years’ experience in adult education, including teaching, training, workshop development and presentation, and management and consulting. She holds an MEd in Counseling from Cambridge College, a BA in Psychology from Framingham State University, and a Certificate of Online Teaching from Sloan Consortium (Sloan-C), specializing in online tools. She also has a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Training from the UMass Center for Enterprise Creation. She loves learning about and sharing new, exciting, and extremely beneficial online tools with practitioners.
