In 2012, Rob joined the National Leadership Team for Appreciative Advising. During this time, Rob has served as an Appreciative Advising Summer Institute faculty member and was part of the initial design and implementation of the Appreciative Advising online course, along with Dr. Bloom and Dr. Erin Konkle. Rob has served as the course administrator since the inception of this class. 
 
Rob enjoys delivering on-campus workshops to professional & faculty advisors, and campus administrators. Rob has spoken nationally at conferences, institutes, college & university campuses, and via online webinars sharing his expertise on Student Success, Technology & Academic Advising, Assessment of Academic Advising, Appreciative Advising, and Appreciative Education.
