I'm an experienced leader with a strong background in science and technology (STEM). For
over 20 years, I guided and managed important technical projects in big companies like PDVSA.
I focused on finding new and better ways to work, leading efforts like creating my own SIVA©
model and the SIGEMAP Project. I always made sure our work was safe and high quality. My
skills include leading teams, managing projects, and making sure information is correct. I've also
written two books: "Se Feliz" in Spanish and "Be Happy" in English, showing my strong ability to
share ideas.
Now, I use this wide experience to help people learn and connect. At the East Boston Senior
Center, I teach A1 English and lead expressive writing classes in Spanish for older adults. I
really enjoy helping seniors learn new things and express themselves creatively, and I'm also
eager to teach Spanish to English speakers. My unique mix of leadership, working with different
groups, and teaching shows I can do many different things and inspire others in various work
settings.
