Linnette Mancuso has been working in Customer Success for over 20 years and has been in the Ed Tech space for 12 years. She has experience in Early Childhood Education, K-12 and now Adult Education with EnGen. She leads a team of seven experienced, hardworking individuals, who are highly motivated to help the immigrant and refugee population learn the English they need to succeed in the United States.

Barbara Krol-Sinclair is an educational consultant. She served as director of the Boston University/Chelsea Public Schools’ Intergenerational Literacy Program (ILP) for over 30 years and is adjunct faculty at Boston University and Granite State College. With Jeanne Paratore, she has engaged in several studies focused on family literacy and home/school partnerships and has co-authored and co-edited many articles and books on these subjects. She has been honored by the Massachusetts Literacy Foundation, Granite State College, and Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education.
