Jana Pickard-Richardson
Jana Pickard-Richardson is an ESOL teacher and curriculum developer at the Cambridge Community Learning Center. She has taught all the levels in her 20+ years of teaching, but has a special pace in her heart for the lowest levels, including Basic ESOL Literacy.

Lori D’Alleva

Lori D’Alleva is Director of the Charlestown Adult Education, Workforce, and Reentry Program in Charlestown. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Salem State College in Massachusetts and has been in the adult education field for over 30 years. Under her leadership, CAE has grown to become one of the largest and most successful education, employment, and reentry/diversion programs in the state, with a particular focus on at-risk, justice involved youth and those reentering the community after incarceration.
Ebony Hopper-Robinson
Ebony is a dedicated ABE advisor and educator with over 20 years of experience helping youth and adult learners achieve their academic and career goals. Passionate about educational success and workforce development, she specializes in guiding individuals through the ABE preparation process, providing personalized support and resources to ensure success. With a background in local and statewide educational, employability and anti-violence initiatives for adults and youth deemed at risk, Ebony has a deep understanding of the challenges adult learners face and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, Ebony has worked in the k-12 educational system as a Dean of Students and a Director of Student Support Service. Ebony believes in an individualized advising approach to meet the diverse needs of students, fostering both academic skills and confidence. Her goal is to empower students to pursue further education and career opportunities.
