This Zoom session is an opportunity to connect with your colleagues to exchange ideas and problem-solve challenges about remote ESOL instruction. 

Registrants will be sent an invitation to Zoom via email from Joanna Harrington at Quinsigamond Community College shortly before the session begins.

    This professional development activity/course is designed for:

  • Experienced remote ESOL instructors
Description

Now that we’re eight weeks into remote ESOL instruction, this Zoom session is an opportunity to connect with your colleagues to exchange ideas and problem-solve challenges. Facilitators will guide large-group and small-group conversations based on the topics and questions that are generated from participants’ pre-session survey responses. 

Participants may choose from one of the sessions below. Please register for one session only.

Tuesday, May 19th, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. https://www.sabes.org/event/19526

Wednesday May 20th, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.   https://www.sabes.org/event/19531

Please note:  This session is for teachers with experience and confidence in remote instruction. There are two additional sessions for those ESOL teachers who are new to remote instruction on Monday, May 18th, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and Wednesday, May 20th, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
