Overview

How are you doing with your dive into distance education and blended learning? These Coffee Hours are intended to help you strengthen your and your program’s practices. Each Coffee Hour addresses a specific topic requested by the field, provides time for sharing practices and ideas, and affords the opportunity to share questions with the group.

In response to requests, this meeting will focus on how to design learning content on slides that students can access using their smartphones. The overarching structure consists of micro-lessons designed for self-paced learning that are supported by individual and group check-ins. This process and the presenter will model evidence-based design guidelines for content, layout, readability, access, and navigation. A template will be provided.
