There will be time for small-group discussions throughout the meeting. Some questions we may consider:

  • What strategies do you use to engage volunteers in conversations about planning and options for the future?
  • What questions or conversations are ripe for volunteer input?
  • How do you cultivate a sense of ownership among volunteers?
