In this session, Newsela Professional Learning Specialist, Alyssa Lipuma, will share strategies within the Newsela platform that instructors can use to differentiate instruction and engage all learners. Alyssa will demonstrate the available tools in Newsela such as changing reading lexile levels or using annotations and read-aloud mode. She will also demonstrate best teaching practices, such as providing students with choices within multi-article assignments. We recommend joining this interactive session with your Newsela account open and ready to use.
