Overview

Close your eyes and imagine your program in five years. What does it look like? What dreams have been realized? In what ways have your team, students, and partners innovated together? What relationships have been nurtured? How have students benefited?

Program directors and educational leaders are tasked with guiding a continuous improvement planning process that supports high-quality practices and a shared vision for student and staff success, with the goal of improving student outcomes” (IPQ 9). This three-part PD series guides you through that process, offering strategies and tools for planning, identifyingand engaging stakeholders, crafting a vision together, using data to evaluate and plan, aligning actions to the vision, and beginning to implement the vision. Along the way, we will explore what it takes to foster a sense of shared ownership and collective agency, as well as a culture of collaboration and innovation.
