This new and engaging self-paced course introduces ABE English Language Arts teachers to evidence-based reading instruction (EBRI). EBRI is an approach to teaching reading that is grounded in the research related to reading instruction and that attends to the many parts and complexities of reading. EBRI helps us as adult educators be intentional about what we teach and how we teach it—so that our reading instruction in Adult Basic Education (ABE) is both engaging and effective for adult learners.
- All adult education practitioners and staff who wish to use or better understand EBRI
