This professional development activity/course is designed for:
Join us to explore FastForward, an online study system designed to help adult learners prepare for high school equivalency exams. In this session, you will gain a clear understanding of the platform’s course structure, including Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies, as well as its flexible, mobile-friendly design that allows for 24/7 access from any location. We will walk through the basics of how FastForward supports instruction, then highlight the newest features and updates that enhance both the learner and educator experience. These include reporting tools, multimedia, and personalized study plans that help students focus on the skills they need most.
This session is designed to equip adult education instructors with the skills to use FastForward effectively to support learners on the path to their educational goals. You will be able to navigate the core features of FastForward, and explore practical strategies for integrating it into classroom or remote instruction. You will also learn how to monitor student progress and leverage data to personalize support.
Format & Requirements: This course consists of one online synchronous session of 1.5 hours, with no additional required work.
