- Any MassSTEP team member who plays a role in planning, developing, or improving the MassSTEP program design and curriculum. For this offering, we strongly encourage (but do not require) staff to participate in teams to facilitate collaborative learning and working.

A well-designed syllabus acts as a roadmap for staff, students, and partners alike, and is a key to program sustainability. This course is for all MassSTEP program staff who want to make their programs more sustainable and more effective by using a syllabus with clear learning goals.
In this course, you will be supported to build or improve your MassSTEP syllabus. Session 1 will focus on introducing the essential elements of a syllabus through checklists and templates, and Session 2 will provide a chance to present your template draft and receive feedback from the presenters.
Format & Requirements: This course consists of two 1.5-hour sessions and about 1.5 hours of independent work. The total estimated time to complete this course is 4.5 hours.

- Session 2: Virtual session on Zoom (2/25/26, 10–11:30 a.m.)
