The Director Sharing Groups provides directors a means to stay current on priority topics in a changing environment.  In FY16, the WIOA Readiness Tool will be used to share strategies and ideas for incorporating college and career readiness at ABE programs.  Topic could include: curriculum development, contextualized curriculum, integrating technology, identifying new and strengthening existing partnerships.

During each session there will be time for directors to share effective management and leadership strategies to perform their jobs more effectively.
