In FY16 the WIOA Readiness Tool will be a focus to allow the group to share strategies and ideas for supporting college and career readiness at ABE programs.  Topics could include: Curriculum development, contextualized curriculum, integrating technology, identifying new or strengthening existing partnerships to support college and careers, etc. 

During each Directors Sharing Group session there will be time to ask questions about carrying out job responsibilities and share effective management and leadership strategies with your colleagues.
