An integrated curriculum is the key to a successful MassSTEP program, and a well-designed syllabus supports an integrated curriculum. But the syllabus is so much more. A syllabus acts as a roadmap for staff, students, and partners alike and is a key to program sustainability. This series is for all MassSTEP program staff who want to make their program more sustainable and more effective by using a syllabus with well-integrated and clear learning objectives.
In this series, you will be supported in building or improving your own MassSTEP syllabus. While Part 1 and Part 3 will focus on building or improving your syllabus, Part 2 will focus on improving your learning objectives and using them within the syllabus as a communication and marketing tool.
