The SABES Program Support PD Team is offering customized digital readiness and action planning coaching to adult education program staff. Coaching is responsive and tailored, focusing on what is realistic for your program.
Coaching topics can include:
- Technology integration practices for your staff’s direct service delivery
- Program practices that support and increase digital literacy for students
- Program practices that support and increase digital literacy amongst staff
- Technology infrastructure needs of your program
At a minimum, your program will commit to:
- Sharing one to three digital literacy-specific goals
- Participating in two live virtual meetings with the coach and two cohort-wide meetings
- Outlining one to four action steps and planning implementation
- Completion of a follow-up survey
- The number of hours and level of effort depend on your staff goals and capacity

The cohort will have a kickoff meeting in December 2026, and coaching will wrap up in April 2027.
