Adult and Community Learning Services (ACLS) is a unit of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE). SABES is the adult education professional development (PD) system of ACLS. 

The SABES PD System provides PD offerings that are responsive to the Massachusetts AE Standards for High Quality Professional Development (HQPD). View the ALCS monthly mailings, posted each month to the ACLS website. The ACLS monthly mailings contain materials that are important to adult education programs and that will help to serve our current and future students as well.
