As a Technical Officer for the SABES Program Support PD Team, Lucy works with the team to provide overall coordination and support to ensure timely and professional delivery of high-quality PD for practitioners. She also supports the Massachusetts Adult Education Help Desk through outreach and quality assurance. Lucy has over 10 years of experience in ESOL instruction, with a focus on vocational English and workplace English. She brings experience in curriculum development, program design, and program coordination. As an Adult Education professional, Lucy is interested in supporting both learners and practitioners as they access and engage with the services they need to continue growing. Lucy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and English Literature and a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management.
