The MA Adult Education Help Desk connects learners to programs across the state. Adult learners and other community members can access the Help Desk through the Help Desk website, or by calling 1-800-447-8844. The Help Desk is open 6am to midnight, seven days a week. Agents speak English and Spanish and have access to interpreters for over 200 other languages.

The Help Desk is available to potential learners, volunteers, practitioners, and anyone else who is interested in learning more about adult education. Outreach materials, including postcards and flyers, are available in the 13 most commonly spoken languages in Massachusetts. Programs are encouraged to share these resources with students on their waitlists, students looking for next steps, and others in their communities.
