Alexandra Papagno is the Director of the SABES Program Support PD Center, part of the Massachusetts statewide system for adult education support and professional development. She leads professional development around educational leadership, directs the MA Adult Education Help Desk, and oversees PD and support in four other priority areas. Previously, she led community-based programming combining ESOL and civic engagement and volunteer programming for the Boston Debate League. Her work is driven by a commitment to learning as a tool for individual and collective transformation and to making high-quality, student-centered learning opportunities available to all. 

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from UMass Amherst, along with a Certificate in Native American Indian Studies.
