The Program Conditions Self-Assessment worksheet is a tool to help program leaders inventory and examine current capacity for supporting a successful EGE process and to explore ways to move toward readiness.
The Professional Learning Plan will help educators to organize professional learning activities that will support their goals, a time line for achieving them, and the artifacts that would demonstrate that the goal has been met.
