John Werner is the Executive Director of the Sequoias Adult Education Consortium (SAEC), which was established in the fall of 2013, bringing together Adult Education providers in School Districts and the College of the Sequoias (COS) to develop a Regional Comprehensive Plan to better serve the educational needs of adults in the region.
