Are you looking to connect and learn with other directors and program leaders? Join us for the Directors Sharing Group!
The Directors Sharing Group is a peer-facilitated opportunity for directors to network, share resources and strategies, ask questions, and learn together. Each meeting focuses on a specific topic that is relevant to what is happening in your program right now.
This year’s themes include:
- Staff Retention and Workload Management
- October 30: Workload Management and Self-Care for Directors
- Responsive and Affirming Program Policies and Culture
- December 3: Addressing Barriers to Persistence
- April 29: Creating and Maintaining a Positive School Culture
- Designing for Impact: Program Design, Funding, and Partnership
- January 22: Proven Strategies for Adult Education Program Sustainability
- February 25: Building Collaborative Relationships that Strengthen Adult Education Programs
- March 26: Connecting Students with Meaningful Employment
Each meeting includes time for general updates and share-outs as well as a facilitated discussion and resource sharing on the meeting topic. Please come prepared with relevant ideas, questions, and/or resources.
Staff whose work touches on these topics are welcome to attend regardless of their specific title. Participants are encouraged but not required to attend all meetings.
