Explore evidence-based strategies to boost student engagement by cultivating confidence and relevance in your classroom. Utilize Newsela’s instructional tools, including leveled texts, formative assessments, and diverse collections, to personalize learning and support student autonomy. Reflect on your current practices and collaborate with peers to design meaningful, standards-aligned lessons that empower every learner to succeed.

Format & Requirements: This course consists of one online synchronous session of 1.5 hours, with no additional required work.
