Brief Job Description:
The Intergenerational Literacy Program (ILP), a program of the Chelsea Public Schools, provides instruction to adults, out-of-school youth, and families. The program offers courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and preparation for high school equivalency exams (HiSET/GED) in Spanish. Classes are also offered for parents and caregivers who want to improve their reading and writing, and who want to learn how to further support their children in school.
