Dr. Erin Paszko has served as Director of Adult Education at Community Action, Inc. in Haverhill, MA, for four years, overseeing programs in ESOL, High School Equivalency, and MassSTEP. She continuously strives to broaden program offerings, especially as related to workforce preparation and bridge programming, as well as student enrichment initiatives, such as CAI’s Student Leadership Program. Erin holds a PhD in English from the University of California, Davis, specializing in postcolonial literature and critical theory, and has over a decade of teaching experience in higher education.

Bonnie Taylor, ESOL Program Director at ABCD, has been working in the nonprofit sector specializing in adult education since 2009. She loves leading teams through meaningful growth and designing new, student-centered programs. She is passionate about equity and access to data, continuous improvement and professional development, and making small but powerful differences in her communities.
