Camila Chicaiza is a Customer Success Manager at EnGen and a former Student Success Coach, passionate about expanding access to education by reducing language barriers. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, she immigrated to the U.S. and experienced firsthand the challenges of an English learner. During her undergraduate studies, she worked with organizations supporting immigrants and refugees, and was drawn to EnGen for its long-term impact on career and economic opportunity. Camila holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Michigan.
