Guadalupe has been with EnGen for more than four and a half years, bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to her work supporting English language learners. She began her journey at EnGen as a Student Success Coach, where she guided learners through the platform, connected them with relevant content and resources, and helped them build the skills and confidence to achieve their goals. She later transitioned into her role as a Customer Success Manager, where she now partners with clients, educators, and administrators to help them make the most of the EnGen platform. Drawing on her direct experience working with learners, Guadalupe helps organizations implement EnGen effectively, strengthen learner engagement, and develop strategies that support meaningful learner progress and success. As an English language learner herself, Guadalupe brings a unique, firsthand perspective to this work and is deeply passionate about creating accessible and effective learning experiences for others. She holds a Master of Public Administration and has worked in the policy space, focusing on identifying and addressing gaps in access to higher education, particularly in rural communities.
