Sabrina Otero, MA, is a field service representative, DISC-certified facilitator, former GED instructor, and adult education program administrator with a background in nonprofit leadership as well as higher education. She brings a people-first, equity-minded approach to workforce development, program strategy, and community partnerships that is grounded in both data and lived experience.

Sabrina has worked across WIOA Title II, Job Corps, and community-based initiatives, helping teams build sustainable systems that reflect the needs and strengths of the learners they serve. With a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management and a master’s degree in higher education administration and leadership, she blends strategic thinking with clear communication, humor, and empathy.

Her background in stand-up comedy adds energy and authenticity to every session, making complex concepts accessible and memorable. She is passionate about creating spaces where both practitioners and learners feel seen, supported, and empowered to lead.
