Kathleen O'Connell coordinates training and support for DESE-funded products.

Kathleen also serves at the Workplace Education Coordinator at WEI and provides PD and support for SABES for Workplan Education programs. She has more than 20 years of experience planning, coordinating, and teaching in workplace education (WE) projects in MA. In addition to leading the needs analysis process for WEI’s WE programs, she is responsible for overseeing the development of contextualized curriculum and identification of prospective employers.

Kathleen is also an ESOL Pre-Lean trainer in partnership with English for New Bostonians and the MA Manufacturing Partnership. Kathleen has a BS in Geology.
